Good morning dear friends may the path of your life’s journey become more open and less bumpy.

Today’s word: Journey

Journey: Migration, Movement, Voyage, Passage, Expedition, Mission

Each of us begins our journey long before our physical birth. We are first the seed of us, our spirit that nestles within the womb of our mother. During that passage of seed to maturation all that we are to be, all that we are to experience begins to imprint itself upon our soul. Our physical attributes begin to form and become infused with our spirit which brings us yet another aspect, our purpose. All that we are is already there. We are then jettisoned into the world and subjected to all of its consciousness, its expectations its beauty, its yin and yang and the warm, safe world of the womb becomes a memory.

From that moment of inception to the present moment all that has transpired physically and emotionally, all experiences have woven themselves into the fabric of who you are today.

Please remember that from the moment of inception you were given the gifts and talents you were meant to express this lifetime and that you began from that place of wholeness and that which you seek is already within you. If you are feeling unfulfilled, if you feel you are still searching for you, take some time away from what was and begin to re-define, re-create, re-discover your truth, your purpose and what it is that you are here for and imagine your possibilities.

Thanks to Mary Oliver for her poem.

The Journey

One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice --
though the whole house
began to tremble
and you felt the old tug
at your ankles.
"Mend my life!"
each voice cried.
But you didn't stop.
You knew what you had to do,
though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers
at the very foundations,
though their melancholy
was terrible.
It was already late
enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen
branches and stones.
But little by little,
as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own,
that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper
into the world,
determined to do
the only thing you could do --
determined to save
the only life you could save.

there is no spiritual aspect to this journey it is a spiritual journey with human experiences thrown in to provide context and contrast appreciation and lessons of compassion

my decision to return to my practice of spiritual healing, teaching, guidance and translating was promoted by answering the question for me - reaching deep down within the depths of my soul - how can I best stand up and next to in you integrity with the gifts I have been given?
it is all good~
peace my friends
